[ROAD ACCESS INFORMATION]

FROM GRENOBLE
Take the motorway to Grenoble and leave at Exit 8 for Briançon & Vizille.
Then take the D1091 towards Briançon via Le Bourg d'Oisans.
Turn right at the Chambon dam and drive up the D213.


FROM BRIANCON / ITALY

→ The Chambon Tunnel road is closed until december 15th, 2017. 
Please take the "rescue road" (5.30km on the left side of Chambon lake).
→ For 3.5t trucks and campers Les 2 Alpes access from Briançon/Italy is mandatory via Frejus Tunnel .

1) Decide what type of seasonal job you are looking for

There are several types of seasonal job in Les 2 Alpes, so we thought we’d try to give you a quick overview of the main employers and jobs available:
Hotels and restaurants: waiting staff, bar staff, cooks, kitchen porters, general assistants, cleaners…
Ski lifts: ski lift attendant, ski patroller, sales staff, maintenance, piste grooming…
Sports shops: skiman and sales staff
Tourist Office: entertainments organisers and reception staff
Ski schools: sales staff

2) Get some help

There are many different web sites that specialise in seasonal job vacancies. Take a look at www.monjobalamontagne.com and Pôle Emploi (French Job Centre). The Pôle Emploi (French Job Centre) in Les 2 Alpes is open from September to March in the Mont de Lans town hall office, 48 avenue de la Muzelle, tel: + 33 (0) 4 76 79 50 94. 3) Get the ball rolling at the right time

Now is the time! Start applying in September for jobs this winter, it’s the perfect time to start sending your CV out! You’ll find more info about finding work (CVs, interviews, emails etc) here and a fact file about seasonal work here.

4) A place to live
