Departure at the Information Point Mont de Lans at the entrance of the resort (H5 on the resort map). Make your way to the chairlift Vallée Blanche, opposite the Information Point. Follow the departure for pedestrians on your right hand side indicating KANATA.
The first 400 meters are shared with the path to La Molière. After the mountainbike track, take the path that goes up on your left hand side. You’ll arrive in 30 minutes at Kanata sheepfold and discover a small farm (food and drinks on the spot).
The path winds its way forward to the top of Pied Moutet (2100 meters high) where a beautiful vue on the Romanche valley is to be discovered.
Time for the way up: 1:15 hour / for the return: 45 minutes
Our trick: You have the possibility to go up to the top with the chairlift Vallée Blanche and just walk down to the resort!
